Monitoring the work of teachers is one of the most important quality assurance system of the teaching process. For this purpose, each semester Bernays conducts evaluations of teachers via a questionnaire that is available online and which enables an easy access to each student. Students analyse satisfaction with the quality of teaching process and the engagement of teachers in each course. Their responses indicate the shortcomings and difficulties in the teaching process and influence on the improvement of its quality. Evaluation of teaching staff is conducted after each course, but before the first exam term. The results of previous evaluations showed that Bernays students were very satisfied with the lecturers who teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels and this indicates the quality of teachers and the entire teaching process.
