Info Day about Internship in the Parliament of Canada Held at Bernays

The announcement of an internship in the Parliament of Canada aroused great interest among Bernays students. In collaboration with the Canadian-Croatian Business Network, Bernays is organizing the open call for the second year in a row.

17. January 2020.

On Thursday, 16 January, an Info Day on an internship at the Parliament of Canada was held and was attended by more than 50 participants. Those in attendance were welcomed by Bernays Vice Dean for International Cooperation Adrian Beljo, H.E. Canadian Ambassador to Croatia Alan Bowman and Board Member of the Canadian-Croatian Business Network Linda Zanella.

After the introductory talks and basic information on the organization of the open call, Bernays alumnus Darija Jeger delivered a lecture on her internship at the Parliament of Canada, where she stayed for almost 3 months at the end of 2018. Thus, the gathered Bernays students and teachers could hear about what it was like to live and work in Canada, about their political culture and communication, Canadian-Croatian relations and Darija’s personal experience.
