Assessment of the Quality of Teachers and Guest Lecturers

Monitoring the work of teachers is one of the most important quality assurance systems of the teaching process. To this end, teacher evaluations are conducted at the end of each semester at Bernays. The satisfaction with the quality of teaching and the work of teachers in each case is analysed by means of student questionnaires. Their answers can draw attention to shortcomings and difficulties in teaching and influence the improvement of its quality. Evaluations of teachers are carried out during the last classes with the lecturers for each course. The results of the evaluations showed that Bernays students are extremely satisfied with teachers at the undergraduate and graduate level, indicating the quality of teachers and the entire teaching process.
